Biography:
Phillip is from South Philadelphia, and has a primary concentration in Tropical Meteorology research and Emergency Management. Phillip is apart of the TILTTING research project with his fellow undergrad classmates. Outside of the project, he is the health and safety officer for club baseball, and is always trying to make a positive impact on everything. Phillip enjoys being active in the effort of trying to help save lives.
As a member of the TILTTING project, Phillip will be launching the Windsonds with other team members, and keeping track of the thermodynamic parameters from the environment just outside a tornado.
